Produced in small batches by skilled carpenters of the ‘Jangid’ community of Rajasthan, India, the Belt Armchair uses leather that is vegetable tanned using traditional environmentally friendly processes. This modern adaptation of the traditional ‘Charpoy’ goes beyond the practical sphere of multiples and gives natural elegance to a form often unrecognized.
