Rooted in the design ethos of Copenhagen’s mid-20th century workshops - particularly the Nørrebro district known for its cabinetmakers - this chair exemplifies the union of structural clarity and material honesty that defined the Scandinavian movement (c.1940–1965).

The exposed solid wood frame is not merely supportive but architectural, with clean linear members and subtly angled legs that articulate both strength and lightness. The open arm profile and visible joinery reflect the Danish commitment to craftsmanship as an aesthetic, rather than something concealed.
