Delivery coverage
We deliver across India. Timelines above are estimates for metro and major cities; remote pin codes may take a few days longer. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and updates as it progresses.
Made-to-order furniture
Every furniture piece is crafted to order — production begins after your order is confirmed, and production plus delivery typically require 4–6 weeks. Because each piece is made for you, please double-check finishes and dimensions before ordering; made-to-order pieces are only returnable for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
On delivery
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Report transit damage, defects, or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery for furniture and larger items, and within 7 days for decor, apparel, and accessories, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Delays
If an order is delayed beyond the estimates above, we will proactively notify you with a revised timeline. You may cancel an undispatched order at any time for a full refund.
